• Access to qualified and practiced professionals in the areas of social care and human resource management through both the telephone and via e-mail during office hours.

• This service provides advice and guidance on all areas of care service management. In addition, you will receive on-line access to over 300 policies and procedures (excluding the QA Manual). These are being continuously updated and added to as and when new policy and procedures are required due to changes in legislation and practice.

• This service is available through monthly subscription of £100 per month (excl. VAT) or an annual payment of £1,080 saving you £120 on the subscription option.
