Gold Package

• Access to qualified and practiced professionals in the areas of social care and human resource management through both the telephone and via e-mail during office hours.

• This service provides advice and guidance on all areas of care service management. In addition, you will receive on-line access to over 300 policies and procedures (excluding the QA Manual). These are being continuously updated and added to as and when new policy and procedures are required due to changes in legislation and practice.

• In addition to the services available within the Silver Service, the Gold Service provides you with more comprehensive support from Morgan Taylor Associates giving you access to ONE full day consultancy visit to work on areas of concern you may have identified or to work with you to scope future business opportunities within your care service. This will be supported by full and comprehensive reports and /or action plans provided within two weeks of the assigned visits.

• This service is available through monthly subscription of £200 per month (excl. VAT) or an annual payment of £2,160 saving you £240 on the subscription option.
